Lay off tea and coffee? I drink coffee in the morning and I love tea, decaffeinated of course, my favorites are; sleepy time, chamomile and chai.
I drink ton's of water all day.. Boy, as we age it seems like we have to give up so many comforts.
What do I replace these with?

Hi Girlies!
OK so hubby just informed me it is Friday, I swore it was Thursday. And do tell me what the heck happened to both of my cappacino pots? I had 2 of them! How could I lose both?

i love coffee in the morning and when i finish my day i enjoy tea as i find it relaxing. I never drink enough water and i should.
