Grover's Disease: What works to help find relief?
I have been diagnosed with Grover's disease under my breasts. I had a biopsy for diagnosis. Tried topical ointment with no really good results. Any ideas?

I have had slow progress with zinc oxide, such as Desitin. Took the itch away immediately.
Using twice a day I’m showing daily improvement.
Hi- do you use the zinc oxide only when it’s a itch flare up, or just cosmetically to help the red dots go away?
Has anyone tried any sort of laser treatments to help? I’m lucky and don’t suffer from the itching- it’s purely a cosmetic concern from the red dots.
I’ve been using for almost 2 weeks now and red dots are slowly going away. I’m gonna keep it up till they are hopefully gone. In 10 yrs I’ve never been “dot free” so we’ll see. This has been the only remedy that has helped me..
Have you found a zinc oxide product that is less visible? I have been using Beaudreax's Butt Paste extra strength on my legs to stop the intense itching and it works, but I can't leave the house covered in white paste and it's messy!
Unfortunately no, I’ve only seen the thick white paste.
Thanx….probably doesn’t exist!
Ahhh...that's what I thought....too bad!
I have used Menthol available in Gold bond Power...The Foot power has the maximum amount of 1 %, others body powers O.5% ! Put it down my tee shirt at night and plenty of covers will swear out Red dots! Works and relief from itching,,,,but no easy cure! Also started using a "Nervive" cream" with 1% menthol with lidocaine. clear liquid but more expensive than powder!
I just saw a post on the GD F/B site that I think is worth noting. The person who posted said that a combination of methotrexate and folic acid totally cleared up his symptoms. This advice came from The Miami Itch Center, Dr. Yosipovitch, phone no. 305 243 6704. If you Google the center, you can read about it, and they do online appointments as well.
