Treatment effects of rifaximin and neomycin for SIBO

Going to start SIBO antibiotic protocol with rifaximin and neomycin. Has anyone gone thru this and what are the effects/side effects.

Thanks.

Slightly worse stools than normal for about 4 days (this to me signaled that it was working). After four days, reasonable but not great stools for the duration of the treatment. Certainly better than having SIBO. You're supposed to eat all the "bad" foods during treatment in order to get the bacteria to come out of hiding, so eat those foods you've been avoiding, within reason. GL.
