Slightly worse stools than normal for about 4 days (this to me signaled that it was working). After four days, reasonable but not great stools for the duration of the treatment. Certainly better than having SIBO. You're supposed to eat all the "bad" foods during treatment in order to get the bacteria to come out of hiding, so eat those foods you've been avoiding, within reason. GL.

@marcconley I'm currently taking rifaximin and neomycin for IMO. I'm having several days of watery diarrhea during the last half of the 14 day course of treatment.

I don't know if this is normal or not. I seem to have a dud for a gastroenterologist.
