Also I continue to not feel well with nausea, weakness/fatigue and weight loss though I’m eating a bland diet every 4 hours. Also lots of gurgling and belching still

Hi, I'm in a similar boat with gastritis, h.pylori and elevated lipase and amylase. I haven't been through treatment yet for h.pylori. I was wondering if you had any more information to share about your progress?
