Face ID on my MacBook Pro has been failing
I rescanned my face and Face ID is working better. One of the symptoms of Parkinson's is the development of a face mask. I wonder if this is what happened to me.

Hello @pringsmuth and thank you for this interesting question. I've had PD for several years now and I believe that the term, "face mask," refers to the lack of expression on the face of a PD patient. Here is a link to an article about this phenomena from the Parkinson's Foundation,
https://www.parkinson.org/Understanding-Parkinsons/Symptoms/Facial-Masking
As you can see from this article, the masking occurs because of the stiffness of the facial muscles as a result of PD.
Have you been recently diagnosed with Parkinson's?
I was diagnosed with Parkinson's about October 2021 and then with Lewy Body Dementia in February 2021. I have been going to speech therapy and physical therapy probably since November 2021.
Hello @pringsmuth,
It is good to hear from you again. You mentioned that you have also been diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. On Connect we have a discussion for those who are dealing with LBD. Here is the link to that discussion,

I would also like to invite @larryh123 to join us in this discussion as he also has LBD.
I'm glad to know that you are getting physical as well as speech therapy. Both are important for maintaining your activities of daily living.
What are the most difficult symptoms you are dealing with now?
