Is there any one thing that helps; best diet; medications
My gastroparesis is getting worse. Any other suggestions on things to do or procedures to use.

How long have you been diagnosed and what symptoms are worsening?
Since 2014 and in pain Everytime I eat
I was diagnosed 7yrs ago. Ive been in an episode since noon yesterday. I take hot baths with a cup to continuously over belly. I took a muscle relaxer and a nerve pill. Ive used icy hot on belly. Currently using heating pad. I hope u feel better soon.
I take platonix for acid reflux and reglan for gastroparesis it's been working fine. They both were prescribed by a physician. Good luck.
what type of physical therapy are you receiving that helps with your gastroparesis? What benefits have you experienced?

1 ReactionThey taught me exercises to strengthen stomach wall muscles. Here are some pictures. I am now off my Med and using a Milk of Magnesia Saline Laxative (a small amount before bed) along with 2 tablespoons of the recipe they gave me.
Belly breathing is so important. The massage they taught me on the 1 st appointment was a game changer.
I was constantly constipated. Didn’t even know to breath out with my mouth wide to produce a BM!
