Does anybody have experience with SANEXAS for neuropathy?

Does anybody have experience with SANEXAS. It is touted as Electric Cell Signaling Treatment especially for peripheral neuropathy.

I had 22 SANEXOS treatments that didn’t help. My neuropathy is caused by my gait after knee replacements. As a result I have no found a treatment that helps.

@kp6350 -- You mentioned your gait after knee replacements caused your neuropathy pain. Have you seen the post by @sueinmn on fixing her gait when walking? https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/635851/

Maybe if you can correct your gait, it will help with the pain?

Good afternoon.......I am currently in the 2nd week of a 22 session series. What is the purpose of your treatments? Mine are to help eradicate the neuropathic itch.

Be safe and protected.

Hi Chris, I've had P. N. for years. My problem is worse at night, and will at times keep me up all night. I read about light treatments and wondered if anyone has tried any form of this. Is your series of treatments in a light form? Chas

I did see that. I will check on a PT that specializes in that in my area. Thank you…

Good evening Chas, @wideawakechas, Yes, my treatments are a form of UVB light delivered to the entire body in a specially lit cabinet. The sessions are twice a week. They begin at 1 or 2 minutes and go up to 10 minutes by the time the series is complete.

When you write that your problem is worse at night.......what is the problem? Is it pain or dry skin or something else? I have episodes of neuropathic itch as one element of SFN (small fiber neuropathy) The light treatment helps just like sitting on the beach helps.

Do you succumb to this horrible itch? Is that what keeps you up all night?

May you be safe, protected and free from inner and outer harm.

Hello @knucklehead4352 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I understand you are interested in hearing from members with experience with SANEXAS. I did a quick search on the site and found the following comments that you might find helpful by @erikas @dont

Hi Chris, hope you had a good Thanksgiving. My pain is freezing cold feet which then goes to pain along with the cold. Your treatment is interesting. Where would one go for this and could it be used in small areas such as feet? Thanks for your interest. there are so many variations to this neuropathy its so hard to find the one thing that helps. I pray that everyone finds some degree of less pain with their problem. God bless you. Chas

Hi there Chas, @wideawakechas,, I go to the dermatology clinic at our local medical center. They do have one machine just for feet. However, I don't know how hot the treatment would be. Here is a picture of the machine for hands and feet and the full-body cabinet.

May you have health and happiness.
