What's outside of your picture window today?
As we get ready for the real winter to show up and COVID-19 still playing a major part in our lives I like to spend moments of my day de-stressing about what's going on in the world today. All I have to do is look out the window and observe some of natures beautiful creatures, how they interact and ponder how small it makes my troubles seem. Sometimes I may even get the opportunity to take a photo or two. How about you? Anything going on outside of your window(s) that you want to share?
For those members that have the ability to size your photos before you upload them to the discussion, may I suggest using the following sizes:
– 500 x 335 pixels (landscape)
– 210 x 210 pixels (square)

Sorry about that but you all seem to enjoy walking but I need a little encouragement.
I'm sitting here waiting for my encouragement to arrive, 2 hr 6 min to go. Bet ya a buck it doesn't come today.
Jake
Well that would be frustrating. Hard waiting for the assortment of fungal foot cream, but it’s on the way. When it happens, walk on over to your computer to send a PM. 🤓
@loribmt
I'm not a happy camper tonight. It was a no-show today which is not that uncommon with UPS.
Jake
Bummer. That’s got my fur ruffled too! 😾
@loribmt and @jakedduck1 . Hahaha! 😘
@jakedduck1 That's Mount Washington in the background.
"Mount Washington is the highest peak in the Northeastern United States at 6,288.2 ft and the most topographically prominent mountain east of the Mississippi River. The mountain is notorious for its erratic weather. Wikipedia"
I'm not sure what his vantage point was for that photo. Unfortunately, he passed away from heart problems in August 2020 so I can't ask him.

@jakedduck1 We have had more problems with FEDEX than UPS recently. Things are arriving a couple of days late.

I'm a tiny bit familiar with Mount Washington but I didn't think that was the mountain in the picture. That’s what happens when I think. Maybe the pic was taken far away.
If I’m not mistaken I believe Mount Washington used to hold the world record for the highest wind speed ever recorded. I believe that somewhere in Australia now holds that record.
Federal express has been more reliable in my experience. UPS is notorious for poor service here.

ALL MY MONEY? My aren't you the generous one?
Now it's supposed to be here today by 7pm. Big talk in my opinion. 3 hrs 26mins to go. But I wouldn't bet on it arriving.
Jake
@loribmt
It's a miracle, it arrived.
Gotta go, you know why.
Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
