Is depression permanent?

Depression burst on my after extended pressureful work for long with little rest in 2007. Ever since I am drugs. My question, is depression permanent?

I found it by seeing Mr. Timer in the lower corner and it took me to You Tube. As usual there is always something uplifting to be found. I have trouble sleeping and anxiety and the music is very soothing, Thanks again for presenting it.

Great. I use it while practicing hummingbird breathing. That practice for me is grounding. Glad you found it helpful.
