Are you having any problems from drinking carbonated water everyday?

Dietary acid is in carbonated beverages. When you consume it daily you invite acid damage into your body. Do you have any health issues?

When I had an adjustable gastric band, it was a NO NO. With a bypass, I drink a few sips
Stay away from soda

Carbonation also distends the belly. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup too.

Do not drink it, especially with bariatric surgery, Microscopic colitis, GERD, etc.

With GERD and IBS, I have eliminated carbonated drinks for over ten years.

I agree with what others are saying. If you have digestive tract problems, please check with your doctor before using any type of carbonated beverages on a daily basis.

I'm wondering, are you inquiring about this because you are experiencing problems?
