I'm having a real problem with menopause weight gain, the dreaded menopot and weight gain in my hips. I'm a typical apple body shape, but have never had such weight gain in my lower belly. I am in good shape in my arms and legs with good muscle stucture but even with Pilates and yoga my midsection is a disaster. Besides cutting carbs and more cardio, what can i do to reduce my waistline?
I cant make the webinar, but didn't I read that it will be recorded? If so, should I stay signed up for it? Or will I just be able to log in and watch it any how?
I won't be able to make the webinar. Is there anyway I can view it on line?
