Research Progam involving repairing a heart valve with a Clip

I have decided to have valve repair with a method of going through the groin to insert a clip to repair valve. I have been to Mayo three times and have reapplied for the program.. Mayo said looks like I am a good candidate and wondering if anyone has been through this before. I should know this week if I am accepted and when it can be done. This virus has slowed everything down and I am worried about the future just to get this done.

Did they have to break your chest bones? Are you feeling any pain or reduced movement thanks dave

Sadly yes. Put them back together nicely and not too much pain. Mainly took 1000mg Tylenol every 6 hours for 3 weeks. I have a scar and an occasional feeling of my heart beating fast. I am on warfarin blood thinner for 3 months and go to a clinic to have INR levels followed.
