Easy recipes

Posted by Funcountess @funcountess, May 18, 2020

Hi,
Anybody out there have a easy recipe for homemade potato salad. If so, please specify white rose. Or Yukon gold, or red potatoes.
I had a bunch of good recipes, but I see they were ruined.
Thanks

MR. DUCK, DUCK,DUCK1 I am going to be formal here.
My deli had an employee who came to work with cov19. Do not know how many people were infected. The place closed for cleaning. Open now, but not comfortable going there.
The old saying you do not know what goes on behind closed doors.
So, thought I could make my own.
By the way, how did your gourmet chicken go? No Catalina dressing I hope.
Take care,

Thanks, will try and get some Yukon golds. Markets are void of food, forget about bananas, and tomatoes. I’m going to the market early tomorrow. I want some frozen cherries, and am low on Ben and Jerry’s.

The deli seemed like a good idea at the time. I wonder if the employee knew he was infected. I thought the chicken recipe looked good but cooking it is another matter.
Eventually I would probably make it when I can't choke down anymore plain overcooked air-fried steak or chicken. Although before taking such a drastic step I'd have cereal for
awhile.

I don’t know if employee knew they were sick. The deli will not even say if it was a cook, or cashier. But place had to be scrubbed down.
Now people will not go near the place.
Also 3 checkers at the market have cov19 now.
Very stressful to go shopping these days.
I wear toss away gloves, face covering, and long sleeves.
Long sleeves so arms do not touch anything.
This virus is no laughing matter.

If you are tired of cooking, have you tried meals on wheels?
They deliver 5 days a week.
