How can I move safely during a pandemic?

I just got a new job across the country and am looking for tips and resources on moving this July. I am not currently driving because of a seizure, but still need to get my car and dog moved too. I may have a friend make the trip with me to be my driver or I may need to find other options to move my car and dog. How can we move to a new community safely in this time? What resources are available?
