How are you handling anxiety in this time of COVID-19?
I have health anxiety and I have noticed this coronavirus stuff makes it tons worse. I am constantly looking at the numbers

@robbie1956 I'm on Klonopin 1 mg 2 to 3 times daily. I take one at bedtime, helps me to sleep. Hope you start feeling better in the morning. I know what it's like because I use to be like that too. Take care and many blessings.
@helenfrances I think you were talking about me. Before you send a message put @lilypaws like I did to your message. Then I know it's for me. If it was for me, Thank you. I go May 18th for a bunch of tests, you name them and I'm having them. That's Mayo for you, but it is a big surgery. The surgery is on June 9th. Can't wait. I hurt the most in the morning and night, but doing pretty good right now. Take care of yourself and your mental health. Think of 3 good things every day. Blessings Jeanie

I take 5mg of generic Lexapro
I had my lexapro dosage upped to 20mg Been on 10mg for a few years. Don't know if its working or not.......
@tnmama Hi welcome to connect . I start out my day reading Psalms 91 the first verse He who dwells in shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Comforting the whole chapter . Then I do adult coloring books very relaxing .

You’re not alone! My anxiety is through the roof. Miserable!
Since Covid19 I have been having bad anxiety thinking I can’t breath I’ve been to the emergency room thinking I’m having a heart attack had the Covid test three weeks ago came back negative now my throat hurts went to ER today, It’s so nerve wrecking because I spend most of my day starting with prayer and then drinking Wine from afternoon until night

It is not surprising that people are having to deal with high levels of anxiety with the pandemic. Like Ginger, I'd like to know if anxiety is a new experience for you or if you've dealt with anxiety in the past too?
