Since Covid19 I have been having bad anxiety thinking I can’t breath I’ve been to the emergency room thinking I’m having a heart attack had the Covid test three weeks ago came back negative now my throat hurts went to ER today, It’s so nerve wrecking because I spend most of my day starting with prayer and then drinking Wine from afternoon until night

It is not surprising that people are having to deal with high levels of anxiety with the pandemic. Like Ginger, I'd like to know if anxiety is a new experience for you or if you've dealt with anxiety in the past too?
