Hi,
How great to have these videos all in one place. We do some of these in my 3 weekly classes for active seniors. These help with balance so much which is important for our age group. I use resistance bands (tubes) at home but was happy to see some new exercises. Thanks for the detailed research.
Live long and prosper as you know who said.

@imallears I too was excited to see them all on one site with descriptive links. I'm hoping to get more active and back to doing basic exercises to help with regaining some strength and balance. I had some resistance bands from a few years ago that I got away from using so these videos will help. Psst...love that saying from Leonard Nimoy in his role on Star Trek☺
I appreciate this info. Thanks for sending it!
Excellent
@LeeAase shared a great new topic in his latest blog entry on his health journey. I've been concerned about losing muscle mass since I've become a really old man -- not that I had that much before age 50 but at least I could carry a 60 to 80 lb bag of gravel or salt for my driveway. Today I struggle with a 40 lb bag...such is growing old if you don't figure out how to slow down the muscle loss. I'm doing the light cardio and some minor strength training for the legs and arms but I think I need to figure out what the next step is 🙂

I just ran across this really good video on longevity that I think gives you a different perspective on exercise.
