I usually get ahold of my primary doctor and he prescribes me a antibiotic for the SIBO and that usually takes care of it till the next time I get it.
I know they have tests for SIBO but since I am on nexium and Zantac I am more prone to getting it.
My husband has asked me if I’ve farted and I’m like no I just burped. Which gave me a chuckle even though it’s not funny, gotta see humor where I can.
Usually like I think I said I usually get lots of stomach pain and gas and bloating when I have the SIBO.
I too brush my teeth regularly and visit dentist for my checkup and all that.

I am having the same problem with some of my connect messages and they end up in my junk mail. I can’t seem to find a way to move them to my inbox. I will try your suggestion. Thx.

Has anyone seen a gastro doc for this problem? You could be having stomach or digestive problems...just a thought. I have gotten all my teeth pulled and I have that issue off and on, but I also have blisters, cold sores, and thrush alot so I have other problems besides that. I would try a gastro doc and see what they say. Has your primary recommended anyone?
HI @docjay1961 that must be so frustrating to have this poor breath. You may have noticed I moved your post to this discussion you started so that all your post will be in one place.
I'd like to tag fellow Connect member @bbjaide to see if they come back to join in on the discussion.
Back to you @docjay1961 have you gotten any suggestions from you doctor or dentist?
We've been working on it for the last three years I've had colonoscopy endoscopy I've been sent to an ENT doctor I've been given series of antibiotics probiotics stuff for GERD it's just so frustrated

Definitely would...have you been to a Gastro yet or just ENT, because Gastro should of known better to look for it...Well I wish you luck and if that doesn't work I would get me a new Gastro doc, seriously

Thank you so much for this reply I don't think I've been tested for sibo but I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow and set it up
Oh good. A place to start anyway right?
Sorry I didn’t see you replied to me. My messages keep going to spam when I get them from mayo.

The first thing I'm going to do after the holidays just call my primary and get a GI consult
