Ballon surgery is usually for sinus trouble. Post nasal drip can be from other problems, like allergies

I have toxic mold poisoning for 2-3 yrs . Inside one of our outside walls was full of toxic mold and we were unaware of it . We had 3 of the most toxic molds there is and the mold experts tested air quality outside it was 300ppm and inside 18,000 it was airborne and very bad . We moved in 3 days . Since I have lived through this hell and I have learned A lot about this . Bleach alone will not eliminate toxic black mold. Yes it will turn white and appear to go away but the bleach will not eliminate the spores. The spores will attach to all of your belongings . We had to throw away 95% of our belongings. If you don’t do this when you move you will take the mold with you . I had been to about 15 Drs when I was sick for the first 18 months and we had not discovered the mold yet, and they could not figure my case out . I had done so many tests and lab work and procedures done it was crazy. Then after we found the mold I have 3 more doctors and they are trying to help me . People will think you are crazy when you have this . There really is no cure but there are some actions you can take to help you contact me anytime by Text or email and I will be glad to share my experience .i want nothing out of it I just hope to help anyone I can because this is a horrible experience .

I would love to hear about the path that you took for treatment and healing. Also interested in how you remediated the problem in your home. 3.5 years - 9+ doctors for myself & an array of testing - all the while using the exact words - my body is enflamed and swollen internally.

I was exposed to toxic mold (aspergillius, penicillium and cladiospores) in the my office that leaked for years and years. The toxic mold doctor I go to did testing and I tested positive for all of the molds for antibodies (bloodwork), toxicity (urine), and allergies (prick test). My toxic mold doctor is treating me and detoxing. I also see a lymphatic drainage therapist. I have severe shortness of breath every single day. It started when I was exposed. I had acute bronchitis for 7months plus and that's when the shortness of breath started. My lung doctor says there is nothing wrong with me and that because I've been away from the mold for a year, it is not the mold. She did a blood allergy and antibody test for aspergillius and it was negative. But all of my test at the mold doctor are positive. I have not been able to work in over a year. I am going to find another doctor. Have you ever heard of this issue? I am worried that my lung dr is dismissing the mold exposure and I could have something serious that is not being treated. She keeps telling me she knows nothing of the mold toxicity. Any advice? I suffer from severe persistent asthma everyday. Thanks!

Interesting - I worry about the legitimacy of these tests as well.

@brewster do you feel you have the medical answers you needed?

@tstorm are you just starting your journey to finding care or are you looking for a second opinion?

@brewster and @tstorm . This is the information that Amanda was mentioning about physicians who treat mold toxicity. The pioneer in the field of environmental medicine was Dr. Rea in Dallas. The practice he started is the Environmental Health Center in Dallas. Here is the web page about mold toxicity. https://www.ehcd.com/mold-and-health

Is it possible to have mold toxicity but not experience any respiratory issues? I have horrible brain fog, sinus headaches, depression, extremely high histamine levels which causes food allergies, and a rash on my face. Could this be from mold? I live in an incredibly old apartment building.
