Can you tell me about the luxurious "suites" that Mayo has?

A relative of mine used it once. They are not covered by insurance, right? And they cost around $700-a-night? I think patients might be interested in knowing about these. I remember that the suite had a chef who walked over to my relative's bed and discussed what food he would like to have. He was even wearing a chef's hat!
