Stage 3 Kidney Disease and Diet: What can I eat?
It seems there is very little you can eat that is healthy for the Kidneys. The web site Davida has plenty of food on it but contradicts what other sources say. Anyone know anything for breakfast, lunch and dinner that does not have any sugar or flour bodies the obvious boring or bland foods good for Kidneys and I’m allergic to sugar of any kind of sweetener and flour. Thank you.

To TonyHart 87 from Georgia/Australia. Well, what nice words -"advocate for ones self as a patient". Boy there are a lot of doctors that would have different words for me. One day I will get around to talking about how to handle sociopaths in hospitals if someone is interested.
Where can I read about David Sinclair’s plan? I majored in physics at Harvard University through my Masters Degree. I read about him in a Harvard journal, but I haven’t read about his plan that you follow.

To Darlingtondoll from Georgia/Australia . David Sinclair paperback is "Lifespan". Read Chapter 4. And the plan is on page 304. All meds are available at the Heath Food Store or prescription from your GP or HRT doctor.
Mikek206 from Georgia/Australia. The paperback is "Lifespan" by David Sinclair. Read Chapter 4 and the plan is on page 304. Your HRT doctor should be able to help you if you want to do it. She would your body.
I thank You For That Quick Reply...Thanks Again...
Thank you. I will get it ASAP.
@TonyHart87 I pack extra water, a couple of cereal or granola bars, a couple of apples, sliced celery or carrots. Don't have to use it all. If there is an extended trip planned, perhaps to my distant specialists [115 miles each way], a sandwich or salad. Town down the hill is about 25-28 miles away.

Hey @mikek206. I see you've been a member for a bit but this is your first post, so welcome! Don't we all wish medical research/breakthroughs came out faster!? What's currently working best for you with your diet?
To TonyHart 87 from Georgia/Australia. Have no food plan, I am not a "food interested person". Just lots of water.
