I am using green vape which is 50:50 cbd: thc ~as needed, as well as yellow oil 24:4 thc:cbd. I take .01mg every 6-8 hrs (trying for every 6 to keep even) .
That's for me, everyone is different (obv.).
I do think these products are much better.
I've tried several others that were not "medical marijuana " from licensed dispensaries. As well as another licensed dispensary that did not help.
Unfortunately, it is hit or miss at our expense.
But I didn't tolerate any of the rx treatments at all.
So i'm happy to be getting decent relief.

Idk if you need to be certified in one of these states to order. I'm certified in nys for medical marijuana, i have card like my license w my pic.
I went once and met w pharmacist. Now I can get it delivered (pretty cool as they aren't near to me). They take cash or paycan.

I have used tincture (1000mg/oz) oral for neuropathy: useless. This was from hemp oil. I'm looking for CBD from marijuana. Also,I've read les effective for people with long-standing neuropathy, which I have 30 yrs.BBesides, we are dealing with a comply unregulated product. So how do we know what's in the bottle. Esy for sellers to sell diluted product or somethingnelse

I know some MD/PhDs that have researched this extensively, and they've mentioned Johnny Apple or Highland Pharm. This is for the CBD from hemp which is legal in all 50 states.
I have been using CBD made here from cannabis and am told that it is much better than CBD made from hemp. This CBD contains about 5% THC, not enough to notice. Its relieves the pins/needles feeling in my feet.

Hello @ssheid, welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I have small fiber peripheral neuropathy in both of my feet and ankles but I only have the numbness and no pain. Do you have pain with your neuropathy? What other treatments have you tried?
@sarah_leanne Could you give me more information about the product your friend makes? Do they sale it to the public? My husband is on 2700mg/day gabapentin for post radiation neuropathy...and some days he gets no relief even taking that amount! Id love for him to try this out. Thanks!

NanoBiologics out of CA works great for me. Check out their website. Also good relief from Rock tap. My physiatrist turn me on to it.
