Hi @mindy6, this is a great question. I have read about agent orange and the issues it has caused so many people. I am sorry to hear that your father-in-law has tremors as a result of his exposure to this agent. I'd like to invite @johnjames and @mstephen to this discussion as they have discussed their experiences with being exposed to agent orange as well and may be able to talk a bit more about that.
@mindy6, if you don't mind sharing, have you discussed CBD oil for tremors with your father-in-laws medical provider? It is also my understanding that CBD oil without the THC can be purchased without a license, is that correct or am I mistaken?

That is not helpful. There are THC receptors, and CBD receptors in the brain They are in the Endocanabinoid system. There 3 thc's and 5 CBD's as well as 15 identified terpines. They all do something different.
Hi, I have been using CBD from CTFO for my tremors very successfully for 8 mos. It stopped my tremors, helped me sleep, my writing became more fluid, brain fog gone, my agitation settled down and I had pain from a fall which ended by the 3rd month. All has improved or ended! I got mine at CBDLifesaver.myctfocbd.com. It's cert organic, non GMO, no pesticides CO2 extracted 3rd party lab tested and posted on their site, USA grown, & has a 60day money back guarantee! Give it a try. Make sure to micro dose and start with 750mg.

CBD is legal in all 50 states and only has .003%THC. You can also get isolate CBD without the THC. But the entourage effect is better together in my opinion.

The Endocabinnoid System (ECS) is throughout the body, not just the brain. CBD awakens the ECS in the gut to bring homeostasis to the entire body. It helps all organs speak optimally...even if you think it is not doing something for the tremors, it is and it is doing so much more! It also has Omegas 3.6 and 9. It took almost 3 mos for my tremors to end but so many other items were happening for the better. CBD is an herb, not a drug. It does not mask issues. It takes time to make changes. Be faithful in the sublingual drops under your tongue 2x daily. The company I use is 300mg maintenance, 500mg pain, 750mg chronic issues, 1500mg serious. It is whole sale priced and has a 60 day money back guarantee, no questions asked.

I was DG with Parkinson’s a year ago with a slight hand tremor. I have not started any meds yet, but I have started CBD/THC oil. I have found it has help me a lot with stiffness, sleep, it has helped my tremor, but still have them in evening when I get tired. I did consult with my movement specialist at Mayo before I started the oil, and he said still a lot of research needed but he had patients that like it....just don’t abuse. I also do the Big hand exercises daily and muscular message once a month. I am 75 years old and trying to stay off Parkinson meds as long as I can. It has really helped with my stiffness not sure how much is age related.
Curious about whether your tremors are related to your Parkinson (potential). Or are they the basic famille tremor? I have the latter and use Propranerol for medication. Not as effective as I would like....so if CBD/THC Oil is better I would love e to try it. Do I need a prescription of any type? And is it addictive in any way?

Thanks for the detailed info. Any links to online articles that led you to that particular dosage?
