Does CBD oil help you with your depression and/or anxiety?

I am curious to know if anyone has had success with CBD or Hemp oil helping with depression/anxiety? I’ve been reading a lot about it and am curious.
I've been reading about this and am very interested but would like thoughts/opinions from anyone who has actually tried it or knows someone who has. TIA

I also use Charlottes Web Hemp oil, which works good but I think I do better with the CBD oil and the gummies

I have to say with the FB group I joined on CBD oil so many peop,e use it for pain with good results. As I’ve said it’s working pretty good for my depression and anxiety. Although I am not a doctor anything that is not pharmaceutical I. Gain for, since coming off Lyrica did a number on me and I never want to go through this with another prescription drug!

Do hope you are doing better now, what a frightful thing to happen ,I will hold you in my prayers. I don’t think CBD oil is n anti inflammatory but do check with your doctor and hopefully he knows about th3 oil. Some doctors look at you like what th3 hell are you talking about lol

@karenoo I don't know either about cbd and anxiety but I know ginger tumeric are anti inflammatory ice is also

@cdcc- I thought that cbd and hemp were the same thing- they are not! I feel so foolish..

I've had great results from CBD (HEMP CBD) it has helped my pain my anxiety & depression my tremors from MS my tummy too from UC AND IBS. I strongly recommend trying it but research and make sure u order from a REPUTABLE supplier! There are many smammers now
