painful pressure in chest

I am 37 years old with high cholesterol and constant pressure in the center of my chest. My doctor and cardiologist are mystified. What should I do?

Having an echo stress test Tues and will gt a holtor monitor Friday.

Still no answers. The echo was normal and I haven't gotten the results of the holter yet. I still have the same symptoms. The doctor wants me to have a nuclear stress test so I guess I'll follow up with that. Very discourages.

@mizeid Suggest you check the pain points of fibromyalgia. Area about half way between shoulder point and nipple, left and/or right. Sharp pain, often dX as cardiac or stress.
