Is bronchiectasis always progressive?

I really can't find the answer to this via Google. Does anyone know? I know it is for a lifetime but can it remain stable?

This is a question I think I have hesitated to ask? I would like to see some answers and is exercise something you can push your way through despite the extreme fatigue.

I push myself to the gym twice a week and work with a trainer. I go to Overload, work with a trainer for half an hour. Very difficult to do but when I leave I feel much better. Same with walking. Sometimes I just can't do either but it is worth pushing yourself.

I really thank you for the info but working with the right trainer at a Life Time facility in Canton, MI might be hard. Do most trainers at such a facility know what to do? What about specific questions? Thanks, Jane
