Music Helps Me

At times music can be helpful. I like the group Anthem Lights...A new discovery for me when I was perusing youtube. A Capella has always been my thing. I love to sing!!!!!

Matt mentioned them a few days ago. ASPD is anti social personality disorder, and BPD is borderline personality disorder. Not a good combination - each is tough on its own.

Thank you for that but at my age the memory does not work well so I will just not enter into the conversation. Perhaps there are other persons besides myself in this category.

Good for you that you are working so hard to keep you mind active.
I hope you are healthy... that is a blessing!

My P.A.daughter said to ‘hydrate’:
Do you like orange juice and grapefruit juice mixed together!

They say:
Wash hands frequently. wash everything🙄
Do not touch your face, eyes, etc. okay🤺This is my new protective gear. I think I will wear it shopping.. 😣

I am going to say a prayer for you now. I like that you said that you are trying so hard. God bless you and watch over you.

@helenfrances I had to give up grapefruit and grapefruit juice because it interacts with some of my meds. I miss it. Maybe I'll get one for old times sake.

I would have liked the tour but there wasn't time for it. Any idea what drew so many sea lions to the barges/floats? Had tourists been tossing fish on them as enticements? or were they just sunbathing??? vbg I have an Aug. b.d. so am a "sister" lion. smiles

I think it was @johnbishop who admitted to spending time wandering You Tube and the internet to find magical music moments. Shame on you, you are a bad influence on me! I had waaaay too much time on there last night, lost in a world of so many different presentations of music. I liken music to writing. There are only so many notes/letters, but the way they have been interpreted into sounds/words and then into songs/sentences seem to be infinite. The power of the creative mind is astounding.

I think it was @johnbishop who admitted to spending time wandering You Tube and the internet to find magical music moments. Shame on you, you are a bad influence on me! @gingerw I love listening to oldies and some of them have a funny story behind them like this 1957 favorite when I was a teen hurrying home every day after school to watch American Bandstand and hear the latest and greatest tunes. Who doesn't like Elvis 🙂
