New PARI Nebulizer Options Coming Our Way?
PARI has introduced some new nebulizer products that, for now, appear to be available only in Europe. The new portable PARI BOY Go appears to be available only in Germany at this point.
I’d love to see these products introduced in the USA sooner rather than later, although I realize there are regulatory and other hurdles that have to be cleared first.
It might be possible for someone traveling to Europe or Germany to purchase one or both of these devices, although I don’t know what issues there might be with bringing them back to the USA, power compatibility, warranties, replacement parts, etc.

eFlow rapid nebulizer system, smaller new controller:

If anyone has information or experience with either of these newer products, please post any details here.
Since bronchiectasis is a lifelong condition, it’s encouraging to see continued development of nebulizer technology. Anything that can make our daily treatment routines faster, easier, or more portable could make a meaningful difference in managing the disease over the long term.

Wow good to see some possible new nebulizing products hopefully coming soon to the US. Thanks!
After seeing the discussion here, I ordered one a few weeks ago. It will be here shortly. I'd love to hear from all of you if you are happy or unhappy because if the consensus is it's not great with 7% saline, I will likely return it. Already trying to navigate who to get the one-year packs because Amazon.de doesn't sell them and anyone who sells it that I've found doesn't ship to the US. I have a few friends in Europe I could ship to and pay for them to forward, but unless I truly love this device it probably won't be worth it.
TIA!

@laureltn, I bought it on Amazon.de about 2 weeks ago. They definitely shipped it to the U.S. via DHL. Ordered it on a Monday, received it on Thursday that week. It was very powerful with 3% saline and very good with 5% saline. The frist time I nebbed 7% saline, it worked very well. The following sessions at 7% saline were weakening a little bit each time. After 4 of those sessions, it is definitely weak. I contacted Pari Germany, we'll see what they have to say. I have until Monday to return it to Amazon.de.
I wonder if the 7% saline is too heavy for the mesk. I use PulmoSal, there is sometng in it on top of the 7% saline, baking soda or something else. Maybe that clogged the mesh, not sure. I have been carefully cleaning and sterilizing after each use (twice a day), ran maintenance care sessions whenever the blue light was on (every 2-3 days). I know I have been doing everything I was supposed to do. Maybe the regular 7% saline would have worked better, or maybe not.
When it was working well, I was very impressed by it. It was very powerful, very fast, it was the very best nebulizer I had ever used. I hope you have better luck with yours.
Best wishes of great health to all of us!

1 Reaction@sburton56 i tried a variety of USBs and nothing fits for me. I really think it’s an emergency thing to use. I used to have one alike for 30$ , same parts and cleaning and it was totally useless. I hope this will prove to be better.
@gigiv
I decided to keep mine as I worked through the startup issues. It was unclear to me how much it would cost to return and what the reimbursement process was and decided that it was working well enough to not return.
Have you changed the batteries? I found they did not last very long. What’s working much better for me is using the USB-C cable connection. The maintenance mode does come on from time to time. I’m in the habit of soaking mine in soapy water and boiling after each use. Right now I’m traveling so I’m being more cautious than if I were at home. For me, it’s proven to be a very convenient travel nebulizer. At home I’ll go back to using my E rapid.
Hi, how do you clean Pari Boy Go top? Do you disinfect once a week or every use? I normally disinfect the cup every use. But I am not sure if we can treat the pari go boy top the same. I really like it.
Thanks!

I ordered the Pari Boy on 10/18 and received a shipping email on 10/21. When I clicked on tracking info this week, Amazon.de said it was undeliverable and I'll receive a refund (which hasn't happened yet). I'm in the US. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
@jago I have not, but was aware that 10/22/2026 was a date when changes would happen with incoming shipments. You can read about it here:
https://zonos.com/blog/october-22-us-postal-data-requirements
After reading it, you might try contacting Amazon.de to see how they are handling the new requirements.
If you plan to use the PariBoy Go for 7% saline, you might want to read what several "early adopters" are reporting as far as issues. I have thought from the beginning that a $100 mesh nebulizer sounded "too good to be true" for the rigorous daily use we give our machines.
I ordered mine last week. I just read that in the directions (4.2), the first point says that the nebulizer top, mouthpiece and controller cannot be sterilized.
What does this mean? I thought I read that it can be boiled or put in baby bottle sterilizer.
Thanks for helping.
@sueinmn Thanks for this info! I should probably contact Amazon.de. After I received the undeliverable message, I ordered it again with an estimated delivery date of Dec 3. I use Levalbuterol and mostly 3% saline, so hopefully the mesh won't clog. I plan to use it when we travel in our van, and not full time use at home.
