New PARI Nebulizer Options Coming Our Way?
PARI has introduced some new nebulizer products that, for now, appear to be available only in Europe. The new portable PARI BOY Go appears to be available only in Germany at this point.
I’d love to see these products introduced in the USA sooner rather than later, although I realize there are regulatory and other hurdles that have to be cleared first.
It might be possible for someone traveling to Europe or Germany to purchase one or both of these devices, although I don’t know what issues there might be with bringing them back to the USA, power compatibility, warranties, replacement parts, etc.

eFlow rapid nebulizer system, smaller new controller:

If anyone has information or experience with either of these newer products, please post any details here.
Since bronchiectasis is a lifelong condition, it’s encouraging to see continued development of nebulizer technology. Anything that can make our daily treatment routines faster, easier, or more portable could make a meaningful difference in managing the disease over the long term.

@scoop I'm using the Pari eRapid for levalbuterol and 7% saline nebulizing and interested in the new controller which is smaller, rectangular so easier to hold and has a rechargeable battery. Is that available in the US?
The eRapid can be used with alkaline batteries for travel also so I'm curious, what the advantage of the go boy is over the eRapid, aside from the cost?
@gigiv
It's good to know that you use 7% in the Boy Go with success. I'm still experimenting with mine. I looked at the return process, which seems straight forward but the customer has to pay the upfront shipping costs and then ask for reimbursement. It works well enough for me. One note, it looks like Amazon.de has removed the Pari Boy Go from its site. I'm glad I got it when I did despite these start up issues.

From what I can determine, the newer, smaller eRapid controller is not yet available in the US.
The biggest advantage of the PARI BOY Go over the eRapid is simplicity: just 2 pieces to clean versus 6, making cleaning, and boiling easier. It also has a smaller overall footprint and is very portable.
The eRapid is a more specialized, precision nebulizer designed for medication delivery, whereas the BOY Go is more of a general purpose portable nebulizer. Both use vibrating mesh technology, but they're not necessarily interchangeable for all medications. It seems the mesh technology in eRapid is more advanced than the Boy Go.

1 ReactionHas anyone tried sterilizing the mouthpiece in boiling water? I’m afraid to try until I hear that someone else has done this successfully.
@scoop, thank you for alerting us when it was available for sale on Amazon.de.
Best wishes of great health to all of us!
@sburton56
I have been using baby bottle sterilizer & had no problems. If you want to use regular pot to boil mouth piece, I suggest you to put heat resistant steamer rack at the bottom of pot.
I’m new to the group after being diagnosed with Bronchiectasis in October 2025. After joining this group I did not feel like my private pulmonologist that I had be seeing over 30 years was treating me to the fullest extent as all he was prescribing me was Brinsupri 25 mg albuterol the afflow vest and Aerbika. After some research I found the best place in my area for treatment of Bronchiectasis was UT Southwestern in Dallas TX. I had my first visit this month on the 15th and was very impressed. The doctor there immediately prescribed Sodium Chloride inhalation 7% solution, new CT scans, sputum cultures and numerous blood test. He did lower the Brinsupri to 10 mg because of all the side effects I was having. I am positive for pseudomonas and just waiting for AFB results. Doctor did order a new Volara System to teplace my nebulizer, vest, and aerobika. I was wondering if anyone has any experience using the Volara system. Mine was delivered Tuesday so I don’t have much experience with it just yet however it seems to bring up more mucus. Apologies for long post, so glad I found this support group with all the great information which led me to seek better care.

3 ReactionsMy Pari boy go came yesterday. It’s small and light and I really thought it will come with an USB cable but there are only batteries included. Is it mine or all of them don’t include the usb. I haven’t decipher it yet or tried.
@lilianna Mine did not come with the USB cord. I guess they figure that most of us have them at our homes already
@scoop, my Pari Boy Go is no longer working as well. I wonder if nebbing the 7% weakened it. Did you happen to return yours to Germany? It's back on Amazon.de. do you know if they would reimburse tariffs and shipping? I am considering returning mine.
Best wishes of great health to all of us!
