Do any supplements help symptoms of Long Covid, like fatigue?

Has anyone found any supplements that help the chronic fatigue and/ or the brain fog of Long Covid? Doing research , I’ve seen NAC, luteolin, beet powder( a precursor of nitric oxide ) and CoQ10. Have already tried vitamin D, fish oil ( omega 3’s) and B 12. TIA!

I have pem and pots. I have had these symptoms of fatigue and pem for 15 months. I have been taking nac, glycine, nmn, reversal, magnesium, l theanine, coq10, creatine for 9 months . I saw very slow improvements. soon urolithin A and peptide ss-31. And if things go well. Maybe mots-c peptide. Working very hard to improve mitochondria health. And vagas system. I haven’t found a local doctor that understands long covid. So I have using ai to help me navigate through all of this.

@scubamark3995 I have been doing an almost identical protocol+ NAD injections and I find that it does help over time.

This all seems very complicated and I'm having trouble following it, all I know is the brain fog and the fatigue is tearing me apart like, I'm having difficulty with just normal daily function of going to work, really could use some help

@thedreamingtree Do you inject your own NAD+ subcutaneously or does your doctor administer the treatments?

@thedreamingtree having to put things on hold temporarily. Due to cataract surgery. Then looking at starting ss-31 and urolithin A. And possibly restarting my old stack.

@phljo3 let me see if I can remember everything. Nac, glycine, coq10, alpha lapoic acid, high grade fish oil, l carnatine, nmn or nad, urolithin A. For calming the vagas system. Magnesium and l theanine. There is also a product called methylene blue. Have someone help you look it up. So with google has been pretty good. But you have to be provide about what you state. And how you ask the questions. Also purchase an oximeter. I was waking up exhausted. Purchased an oxygen meter in a watch from that tracked o2 at night. I saw many dip. So I purchased an oxygen meter concentrated. Used it at night. Felt a lot better when I woke up. First real change. Don’t overdo things . Physical or mentally. Pace yourself. Rest.
