Will a clogged feeling in my ear(s) ever go away?
I flew home on July 20th, 2026. Everything was fine until around 5 hours later. My rt ear in a split second felt like I had to pop it/clogged and loss half hearing in ear. Saw Dr. did hearing test. after hearing test said flying coincidence and put me on steroid for 3 weeks, did nothing. Went to different Dr month later. Another hearing test, said nothing they can do. Will this clogged feeling ever go away? I'm miserable from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed.

I have LPR which causes my sinuses to be almost constantly irritated. Allergies seem to make it worse as well. My right ear also is often plugged. Drs see no sign of fluid or infection. I treat by using Neil Med rinse twice daily adding budesonide which is a prescription steroid. I also use Pataday eye drops when eyes water. I use Flonase sometimes and breathe steam before I go to bed. Seems to help my ear issues. My treatment for LPR which is causing these issues is also important.

That was one of the ways in which
Burning Mouth syndrome presented to me. My ears kept clogging up even from things like bending over. Going over a hill caused them to clog, it was crazy.
