BiWaze Clear System

Can anyone comment on experience with BiWaze Clear System? I have BE and chronic infections. After 2 bronchoscopies to clear things out, I still have infection with some atelectasis. Nebulizer and vest are not working for me. My doctor has suggested BiWaze Clear System. I'm having trouble finding a vendor--no one seems to carry the device.
