I hope your doc can explain.
Here is info on foraminal stenosis:
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/24856-foraminal-stenosis
It looks like you might have some bone growth that might narrow an opening -? From osteoarthritis. Your spinal cord looks fine so that is good, or at least that is how I read it - BUT your doc needs to talk to you about this report because I am just another patient with similar issues. What symptoms do you have that led to the MRI?

1 ReactionIt’s difficult for me to stand in one spot especially barefoot and on a hard surface. My legs get stiff and ache. When I sit or lean on a wall, the nerves in my legs calms down.
@ramfc Welcome to Mayo Connect. Standing barefoot on hard surfaces is not what our feet are intended to do. And as we age, it can become even more difficult.
Do you also have spine or joint issues?
The nerves in my legs zap my muscles to hurt and stiffen. I can’t even stand in front of someone and carry on a conversation. I was diagnosed with foramina stenosis lumbar spine.
