New PARI Nebulizer Options Coming Our Way?

Posted by scoop @scoop, Oct 5 12:45pm

PARI has introduced some new nebulizer products that, for now, appear to be available only in Europe. The new portable PARI BOY Go appears to be available only in Germany at this point.

I’d love to see these products introduced in the USA sooner rather than later, although I realize there are regulatory and other hurdles that have to be cleared first.

It might be possible for someone traveling to Europe or Germany to purchase one or both of these devices, although I don’t know what issues there might be with bringing them back to the USA, power compatibility, warranties, replacement parts, etc.

PARI BOY Go:

eFlow rapid nebulizer system, smaller new controller:

If anyone has information or experience with either of these newer products, please post any details here.

Since bronchiectasis is a lifelong condition, it’s encouraging to see continued development of nebulizer technology. Anything that can make our daily treatment routines faster, easier, or more portable could make a meaningful difference in managing the disease over the long term.

I wonder if that little Pari Boy is a mesh nebulizer? If they get approved for the US it could offer more choices for sure.

This looks amazing! Maybe you can even attach the Aerobica to it. The mouth piece looks similar to the mouthpiece on the nebulizer cups.

It Looks good. I think its function is similar to Philips InnoSpire Go. I wish it becomes available in US market. German market sells for 87-100 euro without prescription required. Amazon German web site sells it for $111+ $18 shipping charge+ $14 Tarif + $3 conversion fee to delivers it to US.

That does look like a great solution to be able to take it on the go and when traveling. I have a problem though. Why do they rarely mention it as an option for people with bronchiectasis? They mention COPD and other respiratory illnesses.

@susanrg20 Because bronchiectasis is far more rare than the other diseases - most people have never heard of it until they or a family member were diagnosed. They don't mention cystic fibrosis either, for the same reason .

Do you find yourself more susceptible to illness?

Does anyone know if this is available in France? I live in the US, but travel to France once or twice a year and would love to be able to purchase this over there.
