Pregabalin & Gabapentin Not Working.

Okay I've had neuropathy for over 3 years now and neither of these medications are working. I see a doctor in a few weeks to see about a stimulator? I heard they only work half the time. Is this true or a myth? Cause it would be a huge headache with no resolution. Thanks for your time and assistance.

@blowerk1216 No it is not. But the person who came up with this protocol suggested the Acetyl L-Carnitine + the ALA combo. I looked on the label and its only 150 mg of the ALA and 500 mg of the other.
