Interested in a free Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia module?

Posted by 1z2z3zez @1z2z3zez, 5 days ago

Hi, I'm new here starting today.
The Mayo Clinic offers a free, self-paced online interactive module for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help improve sleep quality and habits. Have any of you heard of this module? It sounds very promising. Even if you are not interested in it, please let me know how I can access it. This is a huge website and think I'll get lost just trying to find it. THANKS!!!

Yes, I am also interested. Do you have to be in their health care system to partake? I am not...

@fourleaf Thanks again. Could you please send the link to all that may want to attend. It looks like you may have already sent it to others. Since I'm a newbie, the system won't allow me to send any links.
