Has any one had elevated Hematocrit and MCV 106 while on HRT?
I've been on BIOTE HRT for 10 years. I had my blood work done and my testosterone was extremely elevated along with my Hematocrit 52.8% and MCV 106 . I can stop the testerone, but I'm concern with the other high blood results. I did B12 and folate test that were fine. I'm wondering if this is due to the BIOTE pellets.

Are you seeing a hematologist?
@eloise999 no this was just seem in a routine blood work before I was scheduled to get my pellets.
You might ask your GP if it makes sense to refer you to a hematologist.
I have been on testosterone pellets for about a year and a half in both my hematocrit and MCV is elevated. My urologist has been closely following this but when I saw my cardiologist she was very concerned and told me to give blood. I did this and I am giving every 60 days. It has lowered both but not dramatically. Both are now on the high end of normal. My free testosterone was 2.2 pg/mL I will continue on it so long as I can keep the numbers giving blood. Good luck and consider donating if you're not already and they're able to.
I failed to mention that I am an 81 year old male, so I don't know how this would equate to a lady.
