Is it true that managing gut bacteria can help people with CKD ?

@nycmusic It has been about 10 weeks since my nephrectomy. All things considered, I am doing well. I start immunotherapy Monday. Hoping for minimal side effects! It can cause gastrointestinal issues, diabetes, hormone issues, inflammatory responses. Not all are common, but I have 2 autoimmune conditions. Good luck in your continuing kidney journey!

@nycmusic thank you so much! The docs all know my autoimmunity. I am planning on staying on my Skyrizi for psoriasis. It is a biologic and only turns off IL-23. That gives me hope about side effects! Thanks for the reply.
