Best place to order the Green Acapella PEP device.

Hi all,
I was Diagnosed with Bronchiectasis 2 years ago and was lucky enough to find a great pulmonologist at the Cleveland Clinic who specializes in MAC related conditions. I nebulize daily and use the green Acapella pep device to clear my lungs. Thankfully, while I have had a few haemophilus influenza infections I have been MAC free so far. My Acapella just died and I am looking for a reliable company that ships quickly since my doctors office no longer supplies them. Does anyone have any experience with a good supplier that ships quickly? I ordered one from Health Products for You that had the most ratings but unless I pay $31 for expedited shipping they only guarantee it will ship within 5-7 days. With the upcoming holidays I’m concerned it will take a week or more to get here. In the mean time I’m huffing to clear as much as I can after I nebulize. Is it worth paying the extra $31 or does anyone think the huff technique will work well until I receive it. Thanks.

The green Acapella is my goto after every nebulization (twice a day). I broke the one i have had for years that was given to me at the hospital. I have had no luck looking for a replacement. I have bronchiectasis and it is so important.

@sandra739 The pulmonologists at National Jewish Hosspital/Clinic in Denver prefer the Aerobika and so does Dr. Pamela McShane who left Tyler to go to the CDC.
The Aerobika can be fully taken apart to boiled and cleaned fully.

@sueinmn yes agree about having extras Sue.

I alternate by 2 Aerobikas and have old one in my supply drawer. I carry extra saline- one time, i ran out while on a trip but a local hospital pharmacist got some for me.

Thanks for info. Dr. Daniels, my previous pulmonologist from UNC chapel Hill’s Bronchiectasis-NTM center also suggested Aerobika
