Extreme Tiredness after ischemic stroke?

Every day I wake up feeling totally drained, and stay that way all day. Trouble sleeping at night, even after a year. Anybody else?
Any solutions?

On July 1st I had a brain MRI. I was diagnosed as having had a number of mini strokes/ TIA's. I was told my next step was to see a Neurologist. Then I was told I would have a 10 month to 1 year wait. I'm much too old to wait that long. I'm preparing to fly to Guadalajara the 1st week in October.
