Reynauds Syndrome: Tips for toes so cold at night you wake up

Anyone else dealing withe this? My toes were so very cold in the middle of the night that it woke me. I also has some permanent numbness in some toes.

They say, "If your feet are cold, put on a hat." The reasoning is that a lot of heat is lost through the top of the head. That said, my feet can be freezing and my upper body can be hot; it's a challenge!
I put an extra blanket on my feet only at night. It also helps to put a heating pad at foot level to pre-heat the bed; otherwise the bed seems to sap the heat out of my feet.
I wonder if massaging your feet would help increase circulation.

Hi,
My feet are always freezing!
I go to Dick’s sporting goods store and buy baseball socks. They go up pretty high and keep my feet and calves warm at night but not too hot. I get a too big size so they aren’t too tight and restrict blood flow.
Feel well!
