How to manage "jitters"??

Does anyone have "jittery" feelings, like your body is jumping out of its skin? How do you manage these feelings? Current medication does not seem to help.

Beech band is a wearable device like a watch. It emits a vibrating pulse that calms the body. Developed by Carl Beech a Parkinsons sufferer for years. I think it’s tricking the brain. It stops my tremors almost immediately. I am fortunate bc for some it takes a few weeks to see results. It’s hard to tell the whole story in a post. I suggest google it and watch the videos. My wife found this and bought me a few of them.
