Priming Tymlos pen?
Hi, I've read through lots of posts about starting Tymlos at a lower dose and that's what I'm going to try. One question I can't find the answer to: the directions say to prime the for the full dose. Is that ok to do if I plan to start with 4 clicks? Or should I also prime with only 4 clicks? Thanks in advance for any advice!!

@osteopatient2026 I tried to count to ten. Made it to five. I will call the educator to find out. That APRN showed me how with a sample pen and that’s how she did it to herself. Bingo! Look how easy it is. It’s a measured dose. I have to be getting the drug but hopefully it’s still mostly effective. Thanks for your consideration.
@alidamc Even five seconds is good. Ten is more of a cushion. You're doing fine.

3 Reactions@osteopatient2026 That’s so sweet. I wish I did have a husband like that. Divorced for 24 years now.
@njx58 Thank you. Tonight I will try for 10.

I’m sure we will all be counting to ten with and one big collective…”You can do it!”❤️
I'm NOT jealous.
@alidamc I had a defective pen as well. After using it at about the 10th day, the particular needle would not come out, not matter how matter times I turned the needle holder to remove. Finally, the needle broke in two, negating any chance of removing it. The pen was replaced by the company. Note I did have to return the defective pen in a pre-addressed package that Radius provided.
