How to manage "jitters"??

Posted by sebutler @sebutler, 2 days ago

Does anyone have "jittery" feelings, like your body is jumping out of its skin? How do you manage these feelings? Current medication does not seem to help.

I have lots of internal tremors which feel like body wants to jump out of my skin. The beech band works wonders for me. It calms all of my tremors internal and regular tremors almost immediately. Google it and take a
Look.

@johnbishop Thank you. I did a search, but nothing that I could find re "jitters" -- just a lot on tremors. The jitters are different. Just a weird internal sensation.

@emmit what I have is a slight, near continuous nervous shaking feeling and I I tell it’s not just a feeling but so far have tolerated it

@louismines Sounds similar, but in my case is worse. Not so tolerable :(. Has your doctor said anything about it? Some doctors say it's anxiety, but it certainly doesn't feel like that. It's more organic.

@sebutler and @louismines--
I have these too. I have not heard of it as jitters until your post and maybe we are all saying the same thing but it's just different for each of us. @sebutler I'm sorry yours are not tolerable--and I pray you get some relief. the only way it was explained to me is they are internal tremors--sometimes they are more like "jitters" meaning they're not as intense as my tremors. and other times they are intense but yet still internal--I can feel the shaking all down my leg and yet it's not visibly shaking. I mentioned that I use the beech band--and it works wonders for all my tremors. I know some have said they don't like it and I understand everyone is different. Just sharing what works for me. Praying for you both to get relief.

@emmit Thank you!! It's so useful to hear other experiences. Yes, I think we are all saying the same thing, but it just manifests differently for each of us.
