Supplements for Long Covid
Has anyone found any supplements that help the chronic fatigue and/ or the brain fog of Long Covid? Doing research , I’ve seen NAC, luteolin, beet powder( a precursor of nitric oxide ) and CoQ10. Have already tried vitamin D, fish oil ( omega 3’s) and B 12. TIA!

I started taking supplements 5 years ago.Already a year in with covid then.This is what I took (and some still)...Pantothenic acid.NAC,NAD,E,Liposomal glutathione.C,E,Calcium w/D.Fish oil.
There were some medications I took along the way.But I've kept going.Honestly,I don't know if these supplements actually helped me.I'm thinking yes.Might consider it and talk with your dr.Can't hurt. But today I feel pretty normal.AS I have in the last several months now.So stay hopeful.Sometimes I think this virus just needs to go through it's 'usefulness' phase.?IDK.No vaccine,no boosters.I would have decided 6 years earlier to NOT get any shots. But,I did.Don't know if my case is because of that or what.Regardless.I did test positive for covid...twice.Second time didn't even know I had it.Be strong...things change.Sometimes quickly.DRink lots of water, protien and try to keep your weight on as difficult as that can be.God Bless all...
when you say 'already tried'...you stopped taking some?I didn't see any real 'results' until a while after I started.I could tell things were starting to gel..I wasn't feeling AS SICK as I had been.Still doing them.I suggest Dr Paul Anderson on youtube.AWESOME dr.knows his stuff about all the serious physical things that we go through.
What about ALA and low dose naltrexone?
