Anyone with head sweating, dripping water with no to little exertion?
Post Covid I developed head sweating with little to no exertion. Sometimes my forehead turns red and hot, sometimes cheeks, sometimes only one cheek. At work my hair is completely saturated with sweat. The sweat drips into my eyes burning them, drips off my face.
My doctors are saying it’s long haul Covid, but labs aren’t showing any abnormalities.
Does anyone have any ideas of labs, testing that could diagnose and/or cure this?

I didn't get vaccinated until 2022. And since then I have excessive head and face sweating without much exertion.
@cropdoc
I have excessive sweating in morning after coffee but also thruout day. I'm 79 years old recent widow in Seattle
During 2025 from August thru June I experienced a bleeding ulcer, salmonella and covid. Prior to these events I had head sweating that was bothersome but tolerable Now with any exertion or being in a warm environment its like a faucet has turned on my head litterally have a soaking wet head (I have quite short hair) and sweat dripping off ringlets of hair. I am just at the stage of seeing a dermatologist in the near future for help and my general practicioner has no idea what my problem is. Any recommendations and success stories that this venue might offer to me?
I finally found relief by taking Glycopyrrolate, 2mg. I am retired and I now only take it when I am going to be in the company of other people. It started after I had Covid and it was finally my dermatologist who prescribed this. Previously I had been put in an SSRI and it did help a bit. The sweating has diminished over time.
@chifi I'm so sorry to hear its so intense for you. I break out into a sweat for no reason. Mostly head and face.. I found that following a low histamine diet has helped. I have some form of MCAS so I started following a low histamine diet and noticed the "flash" happens less frequently.
