I joint pain often experienced with Bronchiectasis?

I have been experiencing joint pain since being diagnosed with Bronchiectasis a year ago.

RA (rheumatoid arthritis) can be a cause of bronchiectasis. In that case the joint pain comes first. When you were diagnosed with bronchiectasis what kind of workup did you get? It might also be unrelated. Have you discussed with your doctor?

They did several blood tests. My results for RA were negative. I have not dis cussed this with my Pulmonologist. I will see my primary care in October. I once read that since Bronciactisis is inflammatory maybe it's related. It probably is unrelated. Just wondered if anyone else has these symptoms.

@kansas316
That's a relief that you were negative for RA!

Personally, I have no joint pain related to BE.

@scoop Wow, thank you for that pdf of BE. I was told my CVID dx would cause “lung” issues in the future, which of course happened. All those other issues, I have or had a lot of them.
