Has anyone tried the TENS machine for pain?

Has anyone tried the "Tens"machine for pain? There are many kinds sold on Amazon. Dr Ho is advertised on tv a lot. I have a cheaper model and use it on my shoulder and hip but no success that I can notice so far.

These are great tools as I've used one for 20+ years on my back.Although you can get them over the counter, do yourself a big favor an go to a pain clinic and have them prescribe a machine to fit your needs

Basically you want large pads for large muscles and smaller pads for smaller areas. I have been using large ones on neck and torn rotator cuff tendons for couple years. Hey I put off Reverse Shoulder Surgery for that long. But no more excuses time for surgery. But yes Tenns works, get unit you can dial up Intensity and Pulse , slow powerful hits feel good for deep muscles. GOOD LUCK

We will spend anything to stop Pain. How about stem cells, -----PRP used to be free from Medicare, why do we have to pay $500. for it now. Big Pharma controls FDA. They have other important Drugs to research. Stem cells ARE NOT DRUGS!

CONTACT US senators and say WE WANT STEM CELL RESEARCH. My Dr. says w stem cells, in the next 50 years there will be no more surgery. (i want this now)

@mari There are opponents to stem cell research primarily based on religious grounds. It is my understanding that funding for stem cell research has been eliminated at the Federal level.
