@mwallj
Hello Debra,
I've never heard of Osteo Gains app so thank you for that. My DEXA #s are about the same as yours and I'm concerned to do jumping. How did you come to conclusion that you could, if I may ask? I'm 71 yo. Thank you.

1 Reaction@gravity3 totally agree on this resource. Tons of free information, interviews with top osteo specialists, etc. Exercises based on one's fracture risk (FRAX).
@laren3 In response to why I felt safe starting jumping- I’ve been doing Orange Theory for 2 years. We do various jumping things in there and it’s never been a problem. I hike and jump down from logs, rocks etc. Even though I’m taking this very seriously and spending lots of time and money on trying to improve my bones, I feel strong and am not changing my activity in any way. I just went rock climbing in Colorado today. Awesome! I did go see a spine orthopedist before I started Onera because I had hurt my back shoveling snow. It wasn’t that bad and I wouldn’t have gone at all except I was about to start a program where I’d be lifting more than my body weight. She took X-rays and said there was no problem with my starting the program, which I explained to her including the jumping. She actually thought it was a good idea.
